Why did you start the traineeship?
I started this course because I studied IT a long time ago but never really had the chance to carry on with it as a career. When I found the IT Career Switch traineeship I decided to retrain and start my new career in IT.
What did you enjoy most?
The most thing I love about it is, how easy everything was online, tidy and very simple the way IT Career Switch put it, it’s a 100% perfect setup.
What's your current role like?
I work as an Information Technology helpdesk technician in CNC LTD Southwick and I love it. I enjoy problem-solving, and I am faced with new problems and challenges every day.
