Why did you start the traineeship?
After working in manufacturing for a while I realised IT was the right path for me, but wasn’t too sure where to start and this traineeship shows a clear path.
What did you enjoy most?
I enjoyed the study, the support that I got and the hands-on labs.
What's your current role like?
I’m currently working as a service desk analyst helping pharmacies resolve hardware and software-related issues. It’s fast and challenging with lots of training, which is exactly what I was looking for.
