Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the traineeship looking to build my IT skills, my father knew the IT industry would have a promising career for me and recommended me to take a course and IT Career Switch seemed to tick all the boxes.
What did you enjoy most?
IT Career Switch has a great platform for learning and I loved the fact that there’s always support there if needed.
What's your current role like?
After passing my A+, I was able to land my current role as an IT service desk analyst. It’s great being able to use the theory and practical elements taught in the course in the workplace and I think IT Career Switch did a great job of considering this, instead of just learning inapplicable theory I felt I was able to settle in my role much faster than someone who wasn’t with IT Career Switch.
