Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the traineeship because I wanted to finally get a job in IT. I tried for a few years prior with no luck.
What did you enjoy most?
I mostly enjoyed how detailed and flexible the course was. I originally planned to complete the training in a month however, as things changed this was no longer possible but that didn’t cause any further issues.
What's your current role like?
My current role is everything that I thought it would be and more. I am enjoying all the practical elements and applying everything that I have learned in the training portion of the traineeship. It’s much more beneficial than a university degree.
