Why did you start the Coding Traineeship?

I started the traineeship as I wasn’t being stimulated enough in my previous job as a Senior Lab Technician. I had thought about changing my career path to something IT-based when I found the IT Career Switch course online.

What did you enjoy most?

The thing I enjoyed most about the Traineeship was the practical knowledge I gained and the project work for my portfolio. It gave me an opportunity to showcase everything I had learned since beginning the course.

What's your current role like?

My current role as a Developer is very fast-paced and hands-on which was exactly what I was looking for. I am having to problem solve every day and no two days are different. There is no chance of me ever being bored as I am in a state of constant learning as a Developer.
