Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I started the IT Traineeship in order to start a new long-term career in IT and Cyber Security, and when I saw this course it gave me the confidence it would train me and equip me for this career change.

What did you enjoy most?

The part of the course I enjoyed the most was the access to the live labs. The study content was very in-depth and informative, but the live labs gave me an opportunity to put into practice what I had been studying in a fully supported learning environment.

What's your current role like?

I now work as an IT Support Technician for Bihr, an international sports equipment distribution company, supporting the staff across multiple UK sites. My recruiter was a huge help in getting me a position in this company.
