Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the Traineeship as I wanted a new challenge in a different career path that was unlike anything I had done before.
What did you enjoy most?
I really enjoyed the course structure and how each section all fit together. The Livelabs were also excellent and provided a great hands-on experience.
What's your current role like?
In my current role as a Service Desk Analyst, I have really put the theory learnt over the Traineeship into practice. I resolve user issues and help them to troubleshoot. Every day is different, and I am always happy to take on new challenges.
