Why did you start the Cyber Security Traineeship?

I started the course because since I was little I have been interested in tech stuff. Uni degrees seemed too expensive, lengthy and branch out into too many directions, whereas what you guys provide is concise and on point.

What did you enjoy most?

I was initially worried there may not be enough information or that it would not be presented well. That has not been the case and there has been plenty of information on all the subject topics presented and laid out well. If one wishes to study seriously, there is more than enough material.

What's your current role like?

My current role is very engaging. It includes MS365, laptop repairs, configuration and troubleshooting, site visits, licensing management and so on. Days just go by so quickly, and the team is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive.
