Why did you start the traineeship?
I started my Traineeship because I wanted to build my first foundation in my IT Career. I wanted to show that I am qualified to do the role when looking for work in IT.
What did you enjoy most?
I enjoyed working with the hands labs to get a feel of what it’s like to use the real life hardware and make my own configurations.
What's your current role like?
My current role is to provide IT services in the educational sector. I provide IT support to different schools around the city and help with new projects, and provide training to those who are new to the operations of the IT system.
