Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I was working in pharmacy but realised I much preferred the troubleshooting side of things and decided to look for an IT Course and found IT Career Switch. Very grateful to have found it career switch, I have communicated with some lovely staff who made my life easier.

What did you enjoy most?

The live labs are amazing- they can be used whenever you are questioning how a particular process works as instead of just reading a random Google website, you can physically use a device to see the process.

What's your current role like?

My current role is great. It includes being on call for incidents, reading and resolving tickets and collecting devices from leaving staff and setting up devices for new staff. An all-around job so I am learning a lot!
