Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the Traineeship because IT was my passion but I needed some bits of knowledge and certifications to move from Hospitality to IT.
What did you enjoy most?
I liked how was organised the course, special the lab part that it gave me the opportunity to practice what I learned.
What's your current role like?
I really like my role because it gives me the possibility to manage all the different aspects of the 1st and 2nd line and in the meantime, I will continue my study.
