Why did you start the traineeship?
I believe during this Pandemic IT played a vital role in enabling people to work from home, following government guidelines while staying safe. I started my training with IT Career Switch in 2021 as I have always been interested in working in the IT sector and IT Career Switch provides easy access to the required knowledge and job at the end.
What did you enjoy most?
I really enjoyed the IT learning platform they really break down into categories with different styles of exam practice questions for you to understand and remember during your studies. Itcareerswitch customer service is top notch any difficulties they are available to help in whatever circumstances you are in I’m really grateful to start this program and it helped me land my first IT role. The traineeship gave me the extra edge in giving me the basic and advanced skills in my current IT development coordinator role.
What's your current role like?
My role involves working at the helpdesk helping users within the company with their issues with applications and hardware. It also involves SQL coding setting and fixing up tables so users can gain access to certain things and retrieving the information they need is really interesting and fun.
