Alexandru Costache moved into Airport Engineer

I started the Cyber Security Traineeship because I wanted to build a solid foundation in technology and move into a long-term career in IT. I was looking for a practical course that didn’t just focus on theory, but also helped me gain real-world skills and confidence. The traineeship felt like the right opportunity to learn, grow, and open doors into the IT industry. I was dreaming about an IT job since childhood and IT Career Switch gave me this opportunity.

What I enjoyed most was how hands-on and supportive the Traineeship was. The training helped me understand IT concepts in a practical way, and I gained valuable skills that I could apply straight away. I also appreciated the guidance and encouragement throughout the course, which kept me motivated and helped me believe in my abilities. It wasn’t just about learning IT; it was about preparing for a real career.

After completing the Traineeship, I successfully secured a role as an Airport Engineer. In my current role, I work with critical systems in a fast-paced and high-responsibility environment. The skills and knowledge I gained during the Traineeship play a big part in my day-to-day work, from problem-solving to understanding technical systems. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and grateful that the Traineeship helped me reach this point in my career.
