Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the Traineeship as I was looking to start a new career, and I have had some friends working within IT who explained how much of a burgeoning industry it was.
What did you enjoy most?
I enjoyed the course content and having the live labs back up the theoretical side. Also, the help from my course tutor was impeccable.
What's your current role like?
I currently work as a Service Desk Engineer, building the relevant early experience before moving deeper into the industry.
