Why did you start the traineeship?

I was involved in my previous industry for a long time and I wanted a career change. I had passed a previous qualification with CompTIA and wanted a job which was more technical. Another reason why I chose IT Career Switch was that they help you find a job after you have passed the CompTIA A+.

What did you enjoy most?

The variety of topics that are covered. By covering so many topics, I discovered a new found interest in certain areas.

What's your current role like?

I am employed with a Managed Service Provider, so currently I am onsite with a few different clients. This provides a range of experiences as they are all setup differently. My job is to resolve any hardware and software problems that arise. The team that I work with have been very helpful.
