Mikolaj Gudyma moved into Service Desk Level 1/2 Analyst

I started the Traineeship because I needed a change in career; I’ve always been drawn to the IT field, and I decided to build a career in it. At the time, it felt like an investment in myself, something that would give me the skills and direction. The program offered a clear, structured way to learn the fundamentals, and it gave me the confidence that I was moving toward a long-term future in IT.

What I enjoyed most was how broad and well-rounded the content was. I liked the Network+ and Security+ sections, which especially helped me connect the dots, and how much of IT infrastructure is hidden behind the scenes. I also appreciate the hands-on Live Labs that were a part of the course; applying what I was learning in a practical way made everything click and kept me motivated.

Currently, I’m working as a Level 1/2 Service Desk Analyst, and it’s been an amazing experience so far. It’s hard to believe how much I’ve grown in just three months after my first IT job. I am stretching my capability to handle different responsibilities I never expected to handle this early on, and it’s been both exciting and rewarding. Seeing that progress has really reinforced that I’m on the right path.
