Why did you start the Coding Traineeship?

I started the Traineeship because I wanted to switch to a career in coding. I love the challenge and creativity that comes with developing software. After doing some research, I chose ITCareerSwitch because it seemed like the most comprehensive course and one where I could work at my own pace.

What did you enjoy most?

I really enjoyed the portfolio projects! Not only was it great having applications to showcase online, but it was during this phase of the traineeship where I truly refined my skills — by applying the techniques I learnt in the Codecademy courses and by doing plenty of problem solving.

What's your current role like?

I will be developing front and back-end software while also maintaining the server and supporting systems.
