Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the traineeship as I was looking for a way to kickstart a new career path whilst being able to learn the skills required along the way. I wanted to find something that would be rewarding and the traineeship presented itself as a reward all the way through.

What did you enjoy most?

What I enjoyed most about the traineeship was that I was able to study flexibly and around my own schedule, which was really beneficial to me. The flexibility helped me have more drive to complete my studies.

What's your current role like?

My current role is IT, Support Technician, for European Tyre enterprise and it is almost exactly like the traineeship, I’m learning something new every single day. The role is also well supported by a wealth of training and further develop tools to progress all the knowledge I had gained from my traineeship.
