Why did you start the traineeship?

Previously working in hospitality and looking for a way to find work in I.T. As my preferred career, I wanted a formal qualification and also a program I could follow.

What did you enjoy most?

The entire course was enjoyable, but if I was to pick I liked the networking courses which were something I enjoyed the most. I learned a lot, I built things that I use and thought I knew much but now I have a better understanding and skills.

What's your current role like?

I work as a Field Technician and I am out on the road, repairing phones and tablets.
