Why did you start the Network Engineer Traineeship?

I’ve always had a passion for IT and while my current role got affected by a pandemic I have decided that this is the right time to try and give it a go in the IT sector. ITcareerswitch seemed to be the best choice for me to achieve it.

What did you enjoy most?

I really like the format the Traineeship is created where you can study in your own time and pick up where you left off anytime you like. LiveLab is pretty good too. I found mock tests for the CompTIA certificates very helpful.

What's your current role like?

I really do enjoy my new role where I’m involved in daily IT troubleshooting, new PC installation, clients onboarding. It’s still very much a learning process that hopefully will get me to network engineering in the future.
