Why did you start the traineeship?
I wanted to gain qualifications in the project management field, and the guaranteed role at the end of the Traineeship was a huge plus.
What did you enjoy most?
The real-life projects where I had to step into the role of a project manager were incredibly valuable. Additionally, the support provided throughout the entire course made a big difference in my learning experience.
What's your current role like?
I’m currently working as a Project Coordinator at Human Appeal, and I absolutely love it. The Traineeship with IT Career Switch set me up perfectly for success in this role.
