Martynas Austys moved into Junior Developer

I was interested in technologies from a young age, but at some point, just drifted away, to try a bunch of different things, however, none of them could quite grasp my interest as much as software development. This is where this traineeship stepped in, to help me get the necessary foundational skills, to actually jump in a role, and start my career.

It wasn’t all a walk in the park, since coding has its ups and downs but all in all, I quite liked a lot of things about it, especially the staff. I just have to mention Paddy Evans for his great advice, that stick to me even now, as well as Samantha Stuart whose positivity kept me in high spirits through the not so fun time which we call job hunting. Last but not least Nelson Dhlamini your feedback, and help was very valuable.

As a junior developer, it’s a learning curve for sure before you get to writing production code, but I’ll be doing what I like most, which is coding and there’s so much more to learn, that I can’t help but be insanely excited about it. Not to mention that the support I’m getting seems like it’s out of this planet.
