Why did you start the traineeship?

I was always interested in IT but did not have the qualifications and knowledge to get started. I started my traineeship in April 2020.

What did you enjoy most?

I think my favourite thing about the traineeship was the ability to work in my own time, there were no deadlines on when sections needed to be completed. It really made it easy to work around my current life.

What's your current role like?

My role at Graham & Brown is an excellent place to start. I am learning a lot in my role there. So my role at Graham & Brown not only involves responding to helpdesk tickets but also performing regular maintenance on the IT systems around the company. I have had a thorough training program that includes training looking at Microsoft systems, Cisco hardware, Servers, Virtualization and much much more
