Why did you start the traineeship?

I was always interested in IT but did not have the qualifications and knowledge to get started. I started my traineeship in Jan 2020, but then covid peeked so I looked to stay productive and decided to do my study with more dedication. At first, I was a little nervous but the support provided to me in the build up to my exams was exceptional from all staff members.

What did you enjoy most?

The thing I enjoyed the most about this course is that you can study at your own pace. I also enjoyed how easy it was to access the learning videos provided and the practice questions as it is all located on one portal. I really impressed with all the training processes. Once I passed my course, Amber helped me to find the best role in IT. Even all staff members were so helpful during the training period . Once again thanks a lot to the IT career switch team.

What's your current role like?

My current role is service desk analyst, My role as service desk analyst is really busy and challenging. I would say every day I learn new stuff as I work.
