Kristjan Dukaj's journey

Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the Traineeship in hopes I could get a job before I finished university so I could start my career earlier.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed Self paced learning, it allowed me to finish in 4 months rather than 1 year. The practice labs were fun to do and gave me the confidence needed to feel ready for a job in IT.

What's your current role like?

As a field support IT analyst I remotely troubleshoot many problems such as vpn connectivity, vm management, user errors and software deployment. While in office I am also responsible for imaging, wiping and set up of devices. Thanks to the team around me I have learnt so much and love it there. • Troubleshot and resolved a wide range of IT issues, including VPN connectivity, user errors, and software deployment. • Manage device life cycle, including in-house laptop builds, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes (device imaging, data wiping, and setup).
