Why did you start the traineeship?

I started this training course because I knew it will give me the chance to do what I always wanted to do. I knew that it’s going to be hard work and discipline.

What did you enjoy most?

About the second question, the most enjoyable future of the traineeship was how the whole process is structured. I like the progression of the knowledge I was given with every single lesson and the exams kept my focus on the final goal. Knowing you still have much to learn keeps you grounded and focused on your future.

What's your current role like?

The last question is really interesting, because my role now is something which I knew I can do, but still I’m learning by doing it and we all know that’s the best way to learn and evolve as a professional. IT support is a dynamic environment it has its UP’s and Down’s, but I can’t imagine doing something else. I’m grateful to everybody in IT Career SWITCH for getting me on the right path. Thank you all.
