Why did you start the traineeship?

I started the traineeship to re-skill and be able to find my way into a new industry. After losing my job in the pandemic I needed a helping hand switching industry and this seemed like a great fit.

What did you enjoy most?

I really enjoyed the CV help and the guarantee of an actual job. Getting an actual qualification that employers look for was very helpful too and really helped in the interview process.

What's your current role like?

My current job is very varied, I’m learning lots of new skills on the job while applying the knowledge that I’d gained from the traineeship- I’m really enjoying it so far.
