Why did you start the traineeship?

I have started my Traineeship with IT Career Switch as I thought that would be the best option to fast-track into my IT Career.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed the most freedom of my own time to work on it with no pressure.

What's your current role like?

I work as an IT Tech Support at Cyb3r Solutions. I provide all the technical support for various IT-related problems, Windows and MS365 – Support, VPN, Voip set-ups.
