Why did you start the traineeship?
I’ve always wanted to get into IT, but I didn’t have enough knowledge and experience.
What did you enjoy most?
I liked the fact that they gave me six months to complete the course as this allowed me to study despite my busy schedule.
What's your current role like?
I’m really enjoying my new role, it’s a different environment to the one I’m used to but there are a lot of opportunities to progress within the company.
