Why did you start the traineeship?

I got into the traineeship because I can only see it getting more relevant and diverse. There are so many opportunities both personally and professionally and I can’t wait to see my career opportunities present themselves in the future.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed the fact that the traineeship can be done in your own time, and you can take as little or as long as you need to digest the information, and really come to terms with things.

What's your current role like?

My current role is challenging and ever-evolving, but very rewarding at the same time. I’m doing something different every day which allows me to continue my educational development.
