Why did you start the traineeship?

I had been hearing about project management and it seemed like something I would be interested in doing. I decided to take action and do some research, I reached out to IT career switch with some questions and I received a prompt response answering all my questions, I was especially enticed by their package deal and decided to go for it.

What did you enjoy most?

I would say I definitely enjoyed the practical aspect the most. Assuming the role of a project manager was a great way of putting everything I had studied into practice and it reaffirmed that I enjoyed being a project manager.

What's your current role like?

I am yet to start work ( I begin on the 30th) but I have been to the office and met some of the team members they are absolutely lovely and I look forward to working with them.
