Why did you start the traineeship?
I started the traineeship in 2022 but extended it in 2023 due to being busy at my old job. I was looking at different options to switch to IT and IT Career Switch was the best one for me.
What did you enjoy most?
I really enjoyed the Live Labs as it gave me actual hands-on experience I could take away.
What's your current role like?
My current role is working at a Managed Services Provider (MSP) which looks after dozens of clients, as well as working with other MSPs to handle their out-of-hours, overflow, and project work.
