Why did you start the traineeship?
The IT industry is ever-expanding and there is still a ton of demand for people who are willing to develop themselves before joining the field. IT Career Switch laid the training out clearly and it was easy to understand the goals and timelines set.
What did you enjoy most?
I honestly enjoyed the recruitment process best as my CV was tidied up very professionally, and with the help of the recruitment team I received multiple job offers, this was very exciting as being new in the industry can be hard to even secure one.
What's your current role like?
My current role is fast-paced and very rewarding, I have joined a highly collaborative and supportive team that I can’t wait to develop alongside.
