Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I needed a change as working as a shop assistant wasn’t really mentally challenging/satisfying for me, that position didn’t suit me as being overeducated for it, and I knew that I had to learn to achieve that goal.

What did you enjoy most?

The most enjoyable part was getting through the courses, learning new things, and maybe the excitement prior to the official exams as well.

What's your current role like?

I can’t really say too much about my new role as today has only been my second day, but it feels like it will be good, I’m excited about what the future will bring.
