Why did you start the traineeship?

After returning to the country after teaching abroad IT Career Switch looked like a streamlined way into the IT industry regardless of any previous experience which a lot of entry level positions were requiring. Also IT Career Switch’s recruitment team had contacts with lots of IT companies and teams looking to find entry level recruits which seemed like a great package of education and recruitment.

What did you enjoy most?

I felt all the tests and quizzes wrapped up the modules really well and helped shape theory and video lessons in to real life examples of exam style questions that were to follow when taking the official exams

What's your current role like?

My current role is working as a Service Desk Analyst for a banking group. Its really great, everyday is a rewarding challenge and you learn so much all the time dealing with customer queries across a huge range of applications and IT services.
