Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I have always been interested in technology and I was looking for a training program to equip me with the skills needed to secure a role in IT. The cyber security course was indeed the perfect choice for me.

What did you enjoy most?

The course is structured very well and it covers a lot of topics giving you more chances to secure a first job in IT. My tutor and the recruitment agent were very supportive and offered guidance promptly.

What's your current role like?

Shortly after I finished the traineeship and a couple of interviews I have received a job offer as a service desk analyst. I enjoy every day, I make peoples lives easier by fixing their IT equipment while I gain valuable experience.
