Why did you start the traineeship?

Leaving university was a hard time for me and I feel I really benefited from the course that IT Career Switch offered, allowing for flexible studying and course guides who were quick to help out. This process helped me completely turn my life around and start moving in the direction I wanted to again. The job-finding process was rather painless and they helped every step of the way.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed seeing quantifiable improvements in my knowledge and understanding, but my favourite part for sure was finishing the exams!

What's your current role like?

My current role is going really well, I feel valued at the company and the people I work with/for are great colleagues (although getting up in the morning took some getting used to!)
