Why did you start the traineeship?

After a while in my previous job, I felt that it’s time for a career change. I wanted something more challenging and with bigger prospects. IT fits that description very well as well as I always had an interest in this field.

What did you enjoy most?

I loved that it included more than just the basics needed for the test, which gave me a deeper understanding of the topics. Most of the instructors were lovely people and explained their topic in a relatable, easy to understand manner. I also love that ITCareerChange gave me the opportunity to pursue my career further, right away. I chose the Networking path and I am genuinely interested in it.

What's your current role like?

My current role is support analyst. It’s very new to me and a bit challenging, but also interesting. I learn a lot, dealing with various issues in IT, improving my knowledge and skills as I go, gaining a chance to become a better specialist in the future and moving my career up
