Why did you start the traineeship?

I wanted to start the traineeship as I wanted a change in direction by way of career. I always had a passion for IT and wanted to progress to what I had started earlier in my life. Now was a perfect time and I grabbed it with both hands.

What did you enjoy most?

I actually enjoyed studying the various broad set of exams. I also benefitted greatly from live labs implementing what I had learned.

What's your current role like?

I now work providing 1st and 2nd level IT support within the NHS. This is extremely rewarding due to the nature of the work and experience I am gaining.
