Why did you start the traineeship?
As a civil engineer, I wanted to diversify my knowledge and learn new skills that would empower me to manage projects in the engineering space and other sectors.
What did you enjoy most?
The flexibility of the traineeship was the sweet point for me, it allowed me to work my normal jobs and still study.
What's your current role like?
My current role is quite nice and offers more perks than I expected for an entry-level role in project management. The company (Cadent Gas) is great and I cannot wait to gain more knowledge from my experienced colleagues.
