Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I had always wanted a career in IT and have been out of work for some time I decided I needed to gain the skills and qualifications that employers want therefore I chose IT Career Switch to help me gain what I needed and now I am in the career I always wanted.

What did you enjoy most?

There were many great aspects of the traineeship however the most enjoyable part of it was being able to work on it on my own time it was well organized and easy to follow which made it even better to work through at my own pace.

What's your current role like?

I am now working full-time as a Technical Support Engineer in a large company and am very much enjoying the new role it is varied and provides me the satisfaction of helping people every day.
