Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

Getting made redundant after over 20 years in hospitality I saw this as a great opportunity to start a new career. I have always been interested in technology, so decided to start the traineeship.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed the structure of the traineeship and how you had your own tutor to help you if you got stuck understanding any of the topics. I also liked how my CV was rewritten for me.

What's your current role like?

My current role is great because every day is a different day and you never know what issues might come up.
