Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

I was looking for a career change in IT, but because of my rural location, there weren’t a lot of options nearby. This made being able to do every step via remote so useful from a time/cost standpoint.

What did you enjoy most?

Getting stuck in with the LiveLabs, I quite enjoy getting to do things myself and I learn well hands-on, so the labs were great for reinforcing what I had already learned so far!

What's your current role like?

It’s challenging but very rewarding. The people I work with are fantastic and supportive, and there are no stupid questions, which is a great environment for a new career start. Additionally, the role is remote also means that I can keep travel and costs down in general, and I have more freedom in where I can live!
