Why did you start the Coding Traineeship?

After finishing my University degree, I knew I wanted to switch careers and taking a few small coding courses helped me realise that I loved it. This made me want to further my skills and look at readying myself for a career in programming.

What did you enjoy most?

I enjoyed doing the big projects at end of the training as this allowed me to put all my learning into practice. Doing these projects also taught me many new skills and proved to me that I could actually code in the real world.

What's your current role like?

I am now a Junior Website Developer for a small business coding websites for clients using WordPress which I massively enjoy, especially as I have a great team around me.
