Why did you start the traineeship?

I have been working in the Airlines Industry for 15 years as a Sales Manager and Data Analyst. During the pandemic, my last employer went through a re-structure and I have decided to take the opportunity to leave and start my carrier in IT which has always been my passion.

What did you enjoy most?

What I loved the most was definitely the module about Networking alongside the labs at the end of the training courses.

What's your current role like?

I’m the IT Support for a law firm with 3 offices in the UK. In my current position, I mostly support employees with hardware and software troubleshooting, providing IT support and systems administration for the 3 offices, and assist with the daily tasks of the IT service desk and Infrastructure team.
