Why did you start the IT Technician Traineeship?

IT was always close to me, as my original profession is software programmer but I like the hardware part of IT much more. On top of this, I did not have the opportunity to start a career in it. I knew there is more in me, and I wanted to prove myself. Well, I think I did.

What did you enjoy most?

Everything was in one place, and I could do it alone at my own pace. But the very best part is the recruitment process. I received a lot of support from Samantha. She is amazing and calm all the time. Huge thanks to her again for the support!

What's your current role like?

I’m working for a small company in my town as an IT Service Desk Analyst. I could not find a better first job in my new Career. Basic and simple job, but still I can learn a lot from it. My boss and peoples around me are all nice and kind. Dream job.
