Why did you start the Traineeship?
I wanted to switch careers and have the option to work remotely. IT has always been an interest of mine, it’s a constantly evolving industry and there is so much to learn and so many different routes you can take.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
My favourite part of the traineeship was the interactive live labs, it allowed me to put theory in to practice.
What's your current role like?
I’m a service desk analyst, my job consists of assisting clients when using the company’s software, enabling the required operational processes needed for the business to be successful. as well as general troubleshooting for internal staff.
