Why did you start the Traineeship?
Started the traineeship because I wanted to break away from hospitality and acquire skills that I could develop for a more fulfilling career. A career in IT appealed to me because of my interest in technology.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I loved the Live Labs as they helped me apply the theory and see the real-world applications. It really helped to solidify my understanding.
What's your current role like?
My current role as a systems engineer in Norwich is a welcome challenge. It has me thinking on my feet and learning more every day.
