Why did you start the Traineeship?
I was looking to start a new career in web development and needed a course that was affordable, flexible and focused on giving me the skills I need to land a new job.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I loved the hands-on style of the course, in which I was able to start writing code straight away and build some really exciting projects. I also liked the fact I was able to learn at my own pace and fit my learning around other commitments.
What's your current role like?
I have landed my dream job as a developer in which I am able to learn from more experienced colleagues and put everything I learned in the IT Career Switch course into practice. So far my new job has been challenging, and rewarding, and I get paid well to do what I love to do – write code!
