Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started because, when I was a child, I was watching an American movie and saw people working on a computer. That was the first time I saw a computer in my life and my dream was to have one and work on it. Since then I knew that at some point in my life, that is going to be my job. Now I can say this is the only job that really makes me happy and truly enjoy it.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The traineeship was awesome. I don’t know where to start from. It’s really amazing how you guys help people like me, to make their dreams come true. The whole course was really helpful to prepare me for the exams and I love it. All your staff was very kind and positive. For me doing the course was a pleasure. The videos, practice exams, labs, I like everything about it and can’t really find weak points. It made me confident enough to get my certification exams from the first attempt.
What's your current role like?
Now I work as an IT technician in school. I do maintenance and troubleshooting on computers, printers, projectors, laptops, networks and everything covered by the course. I also do active directories, servers and additional programs connected with the school. The job is everything that I expected to be even beyond. I found my profession for life.
